Rock in general with Pop a close second. I like almost everything but not songs that sound like a scream marathon or like somebody turned on a record and it got stuck after 2 seconds. DOn't really like heavy metal but some of the quieter songs I like. Not into dance or electronic at all. Don't like classic but can live with some of it.

Can't the beat Beatles and Led Zepplin. For more modern music, I like Third Day and the Australian group The Newsboys

hmm - I went for Hip-Hop , I like british hip-hop mainly though , none of those american bling bling punks .

I would have gone for the techno/electronic option - but I didnt like the thought of voting for techno . bit of a difference.

I like all music except for rap (because we all know that "rap" is the root word for "crap", :D j/k).
I voted for rock because that’s what I listen to the most. I like a lot of blues and instrumentals. Classical is relaxing which is the opposite of techno. I listen to techno when ever I get the urge to here some elevator music on crack (I'm not saying that as a bad thing either, I just get that urge every now and again). My brother is a metal head so I here a lot of heavy metal; I didn't care for it at first but I've grown to like it. Punk…hmmm…I’m not going to say anything about punk because the last time I told someone what I thought they got really mad at me  .

Errr... I like Jazz... and I listen to Jazz a lot but what I mostly enjoy is music that is innovative and different. If you play me something Ive never heard before, I can't say I'll like it but I admire the ingenuity of invention. I like Jazz cause no matter what you're always inventing when you play it.

Side note, Is Indie really a style of music? I'm pretty sure it refers to Independant, meaning not signed with a label, or at least not a major one. Anyways, that doesn't really have anything to do with anything...

Indie bands are usually on the smaller labels, aren't they? I'm not sure.

I listen to punk a lot, like The Offspring, so Punk rock gets my vote. Apart from that I listen to rock music in general and some metal, like Iron maiden and Metallica. Some Pop Punk is good, like Blink 182, but I wouldn't really say I listen to that genre much. Oh, and recently I've got into Indie, like Franz Ferdinand and Keiser Chiefs.
